How do I make a booking?

How far will you travel?

If you require me travel past 20kms from postcode 3026, this is incur a travel fee of $20 for travel expenses.

How will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery. I use Pixieset.

Gallery will be held for 1 month. Ensure you have saved the photos to several usb/hard drives/phones.

How many photos will I receive?

When it comes to event photography the number of photos depends on how many hours you have booked me for.

1 hour should have at least 20-30 photos.

When will I get my photos?

Please allow 2-4 weeks to get your photos.

What's the process?

In order to lock in your date/booking you will need to make a 70% deposit which is non-refundable.
You will then receive a contract to sign.
When the gallery is ready you will be notified. The other 30% will need to be paid before the link and password will be sent.

Can I reschedule?

As the weather can affect a photoshoot you can reschedule once. After that a $20 rescheduling fee will be charged for further changes.

Editing

Standard editing such as colour, exposure and composition is included.

Please note that retouching is not included in my standard editing process.

Who decides on the final product?

How your photos are edited is dependant on factors such as lighting, weather etc.

Do you send Raw files?

No I do not.
